This Concentrated Chicken Stock is a rich and savoury stock designed to bring depth and flavour to a wide range of home-cooked dishes. Made with a 31% chicken stock base, this Concentrated Chicken Stock provides a full chicken flavour in a convenient concentrated format.

The chicken stock base is made from chicken bones, chicken fat, water and salt, combined with yeast extract and natural flavouring. Rosemary extract is used as an antioxidant, while lactic acid acts as an acidity regulator. Cornflour gives the stock its body and consistency.

The concentrated format means only a small amount is needed. The recommended serving is 18g (approximately 1 tablespoon) mixed with water to create a flavoursome chicken stock. It can also be stirred directly into recipes during cooking to enhance flavour.

This Concentrated Chicken Stock is certified Low FODMAP with no maximum serving size. It is also Gluten Free and Dairy Free, and suitable for Egg Free, Soya Free, Sulphite Free and Mustard Free diets.
