Definitely Decaffeinated Single Origin Ground Coffee is a speciality grade Arabica sourced from Quindío, Colombia. This coffee is carefully roasted and ground to deliver a balanced, full flavoured cup without the caffeine, making it easy to enjoy at any time of day.

The flavour profile is smooth and approachable, with a creamy body and clear notes of dark cocoa and walnuts. A subtle, clean finish rounds things off, giving this Colombian coffee a well judged balance that works particularly well across a range of brewing methods.

Decaffeinated using the Swiss Water Process, this coffee avoids the use of chemical solvents entirely. Instead, caffeine is removed gently using water, preserving the natural flavour, body, and aroma of the beans. This process removes 99.9% of the caffeine while keeping the character of the original coffee intact, ensuring there is no compromise on taste.

This is the original omni-grind version of Definitely Decaffeinated, making it ideal for cafetière and filter coffee preparation. For those who prefer espresso-based drinks, the same Quindío origin is also available as whole beans in both medium and dark roast, as well as in a fine espresso grind.
